Ingredients
1 box rotini pasta
1 lb. ground Italian sausage
1 package pepperoni
2 jars marinara sauce
mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1:
Start by preheating the oven to 350 and lightly spraying a 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Step 2:
Cook your pasta in a large pot as directed. Then drain pasta.
Step 3:
While the pasta cooks, brown the Italian sausage in a large skillet. Once cooked drain any excess fat. Add 2 jars of your favorite marinara sauce. Simmer.
Step 4:
Combine the meat sauce with cooked pasta. Spread in baking dish.
Step 5:
Top generously with pepperoni and cheese.
Step 6:
Bake covered in preheated oven for 40 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted. Uncover for final 5 minutes.
