Podcast Guest Kristie Bowen shares her favorite salsa recipe!
Ingredients
4-6 Fresh Tomatillos {Remove crunchy skins and stems}
29 oz can of tomato sauce {You won’t use it all}
29 oz can of Rotel {whatever flavor you like}
1 bunch of Fresh Cilantro
1 Medium Onion
1 Fresh jalapeño {More or less based on spicy preference}
Lots of Garlic Salt {I would guess I use a tablespoon or more}
Preparation
Step 1
Throw it all in a processor. I put tomato sauce in last and use as much or as little based on your preference of chunky.
Step 2
Get to dippin’!
