  • 4-6 Fresh Tomatillos {Remove crunchy skins and stems}

  • 29 oz can of tomato sauce {You won’t use it all}

  • 29 oz can of Rotel {whatever flavor you like}

  • 1 bunch of Fresh Cilantro

  • 1 Medium Onion

  • 1 Fresh jalapeño {More or less based on spicy preference}

  • Lots of Garlic Salt {I would guess I use a tablespoon or more}


Step 1

Throw it all in a processor. I put tomato sauce in last and use as much or as little based on your preference of chunky.

Step 2

Get to dippin’!
