Ingredients
2 1/2 cups macaroni noodles
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 1/4 cups pepper jack shredded cheese
12 oz Velveeta (cut into cubes for easier melting)
Lawry’s seasoning salt
White pepper
Preparation
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Strain and return to pot.
Step 2:
In a large saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, butter, cheeses, Velveeta and spices. Cook over low heat until cheese and Velveeta are melted. Add cheese mixture to cooked macaroni and stir well. Transfer to baking dish.
Step 3:
Cook for 25-30 min or until top is golden brown.
