About the Recipe
Team Eargle's favorite casserole!

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground chuck
3 TBS worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 TBS chili powder
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 chopped yellow onion
1 can ranch style beans
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
12 corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green chilis and tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Brown meat with the first five ingredients. Drain.
Step 2:
Lay six corn tortillas along the bottom of the pan. Layer all of the meat, then onion, beans (drained first) and cheese. Lay the remaining six tortillas on top.
Step 3:
Blend cream of chicken soup and green chilis and tomatoes in a bowl. Pour the mixture on top of the tortillas. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Top with sour cream, guacamole, cheese!
