  • 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage

  • 2 bell peppers

  • 1 onion

  • 2 - 5oz cans of tomato sauce

  • Garlic powder, oregeno, salt and pepper to taste


Step 1

Place sausage in skillet and cook until it's brown. Remove sausage and set aside.

Step 2

Slice peppers and onions. Place peppers in the skillet with the remaining greese from the sausge. Stir. Add the onions. Saute until tender.

Step 3

Chop sausage and place back into the skillet with the pepper and onion mixture. Pour in tomato sauce and season to taste, bring to a simmer.

Step 4

Serve over rice!
