Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob

One of Team Eargle's favorite sides!

Ingredients

  • 8 ears of corn

  • 1 stick of butter

  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1:

Preheat corn to 400. Shuck corn if needed. Cut 8 pieces of foil, enough to tightly wrap around each ear of corn.


Step 2:

Butter GENEROUSLY each corn on the cob. Salt and pepper generously as well. Wrap the foil tightly. Bake for 25 minutes.
