About the Recipe

South Carolina's Coach's Wife Kettiany Robertson shares her go to dessert for the players.

Ingredients

1 Chocolate cake mix (I use Duncan Hines: Devil's Food)

I can of sweetened condensed milk (I use Nestle La Lechera)

1 box of cookies & cream Oreo pudding mix 4oz..... (It calls for 2cups of milk to mix the pudding, I typically use 1 1/2 cups)

20 Oreos, crushed

1 tub of whipped cream (8oz)

Preparation

Step 1:

Bake cake as directed. Let the cake cool for about 30 minutes. Take the end of a wooden scoop or a thick straw and poke holes in the cake.

Step 2:

Open the condensed milk and pour it into the holes and all over the cake. In a bowl, add the dry pudding milk with 1 1/2 cups of milk and whisk to combine. Place the pudding in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Place all Oreos in a Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Stir half of the crushed Oreos into the pudding mix. Add the whipped cream to the mix and stir gently until combined well. Spread on cake. Sprinkle the remaining Oreos on top of the cake.

9. Chill for at least an hour prior to serving!
