About the Recipe

Podcast Guest Missy Peterson shares her favorite tailgate food!


  • 2-3 TBS olive oil

  • 2 cans of corn

  • 8oz. pepper jack cheese

  • 8oz. package of cream cheese

  • cilantro to taste (optional)

  • Tajin Seasoning to taste


Step 1:

In a skillet, add olive oil and corn. Bring to medium heat. Stir and char the corn a little bit. Sprinkle Tajin Seasoning.

Step 2:

Cube pepper jack cheese. Add to skillet and met. Sprinkle Tajin Seasoning.

Step 3:

Cube cream cheese. Add to mixture and melt. Sprinkle Tajin Seasoning to taste. Add chopped cilantro and stir. Perfect dip for tortilla chips!
