Ingredients
1 12 oz package smoked sausage
16 oz cheese cubes
4 TBS BBQ Shake
BBQ sauce (for dipping)
Preparation
Step 1:
Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces. Put into a skilled and cook until sausage has a slightly burned appearance.
Step 2:
Place sausage and cheese on tray. Sprinkle with BBQ Shake. I have used two different types from Memphis restaurants: Rendezvous and Central. They also sell similar things at grocery stores. Pour a bbq sauce in a little dish and use for dipping.
