About the Recipe

Podcast Guest Lori Johnson shares her favorite snack she keeps on hand.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups raw pecans

  • 1.5 cups raw cashews

  • 1.5 cups raw/natural almonds

  • ½ cup peanut butter chips

  • ½ cup chocolate raisins, dark chocolate almonds (if desired)

  • ½ tsp sea salt

Preparation

Step 1:

Spread raw nuts on a cookie sheet. Bake @ 350⁰ for 10-12 mins. Let cool.


Step 2:

Combine the nuts and remaining ingredients in a container or baggie. Shake so salt is combined. Enjoy!
