Podcast Guest Lori Johnson shares her favorite snack she keeps on hand.
Ingredients
1.5 cups raw pecans
1.5 cups raw cashews
1.5 cups raw/natural almonds
½ cup peanut butter chips
½ cup chocolate raisins, dark chocolate almonds (if desired)
½ tsp sea salt
Preparation
Step 1:
Spread raw nuts on a cookie sheet. Bake @ 350⁰ for 10-12 mins. Let cool.
Step 2:
Combine the nuts and remaining ingredients in a container or baggie. Shake so salt is combined. Enjoy!
