Kristen's Roasted Broccoli

My favorite way to eat something I hate!

Ingredients

Bag of broccoli florets

1 cup of Italian Seasoning Breadcrumbs

1/2 cup of can of Parmesan cheese

2 tsp of garlic powder

Salt to taste

Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 400. Spray cookie sheet with pam. Spread broccoli on pan. Sprinkle lightly with olive oil. Spray the broccoli with pam.


Step 2:

Sprinkle garlic powder evenly. Then, sprinkle salt and breadcrumbs. (You can use more than 1 cup just make sure it is all covered.) Sprinkle parmesan cheese. (You can use more than 1/2 cup just make sure it is covering all the broccoli.) Spray all with pam.


Step 3:

Bake for about 20 mins until it starts to look burnt. I like mine pretty roasted looking.
