About the Recipe
I've never met a college football player to not absolutely love these! My family (the Jolleys) started making these in the 90s watching college football and taking them to tailgates on SEC road trips!

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups of brown sugar
2 eggs - slightly beaten
2/3 cup of butter (slightly melted)
2 tsp vanilla
1 pkg milk chocolate chips (split)
Preparation
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan with butter. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Lightly melt butter in the microwave in a small bowl. Pour into dry ingredients. Lightly beat eggs in the same small bowl. Add vanilla and stir. Pour into dry mixture. Stir to combine. I typically combine with my hands. Stir in 3/4 of the bag of chocolate chips.
Step 3:
Place batter into 9x13 pan and spread out. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake for 28 minutes. Then pull out of the oven and check with a fork. Bake for 2 more minutes. Take out and let cool for 20 minutes. Cut the brownies while still warm.
Note: Depending on the climate and oven variations, you may need to check them between 22-25 minutes.
