Ingredients
24-30 oysters (on a half shell or fresh shucked oysters)
8 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
1 ½ tablespoons of Tabasco hot sauce
1 ½ tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Salt/ creole seasoning to taste
Shredded Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese for topping
Preparation
Step 1:
Preheat grill to 450 degrees
Use oyster shells as a vessel or a metal non-stick cupcake pan. If using the cupcake pan, place 1 or 2 oysters in each cup.

Step 2:
Add butter, garlic, Tabasco, Worcestershire, lemon, parsley, and creole seasoning to a bowl and mix well. Carefully place each oyster shell or the whole pan of oysters onto the grill.(Yes, I put the whole cupcake pan on our grill.)

Step 3:
Spoon butter mixture on top of each oyster until the shell or tin is full.
Close lid and allow to cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese onto all the oysters

Step 4:
Allow to melt on grill with lid open for about 1 minute. Remove from grill and ENJOY!
