About the Recipe

My husbands Aunt Melissa makes this every time we go see her for a Texas Christmas! Now my daughter Kourtney is carrying on the tradition!

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Shoestring potatoes

  • 40 oz Vanilla Almond Bark

  • 1 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts

Preparation

Step 1:

Break almond bark into pieces. Place into a double boiler on medium heat and melt.


Step 2:

Pour in shoestring potatoes and peanuts. Stir.


Step 3:

Pour into roughly 24 piles. Allow to cool and harden!
