Ingredients
4 Chicken breasts
6-8 Corn tortillas
1 small can of Ortega chili salsa
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large sour cream (12 – 16 oz.)
1 medium diced onion
1 lb. of grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1:
Bake 4 Chicken Breasts for 45 minutes. Debone/Skin/Cut into small pieces. Tear 6-8 large Corn Tortillas into big pieces. Â
Step 2:
Soup Mix: Combine 1 small can of Ortega chili salsa, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 large sour cream (12 – 16 oz.), 1 medium diced onion, and 1 lb. of grated cheddar cheese.

Layer in a 9x13 pan:Â

Layer again! Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 mins. It should be bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving!
