Ingredients
8 oz bow tie pasta
2 large chicken breasts (cubed)
Poultry Seasoning (sprinkle)
Salt (sprinkle)
Pepper (sprinkle)
garlic powder (sprinkle)
Paprika (sprinkle)
1/2 bacon package
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 oz room temp cream cheese
4 oz sour cream
2 oz cheese dip
Seasonings for Cream Mixture
1 TBS Steak seasoning
1 TBS Italian seasoning packet
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
Preparation
Step 1:
Cut up 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts into cubes. Sprinkle Salt, pepper, garlic powder, poultry seasoning and paprika.
Step 2:
Cut bacon into pieces. Place into a cast iron skillet for about 5 minutes until bacon is crispy but not overdone. Set bacon aside but keep bacon grease inside the pan. Cook chicken in bacon grease, approximately for 5-7 minutes or until done on the inside.
Step 3:
Cook bow tie pasta according to package instructions. After cooking, drain and set aside.
Step 4:
Preheat the oven to low broiler setting. On the stove, turn heat in the skillet to medium-low. Add heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, sour cream. Gently whisk it all together in a skillet until its melted. Stir in queso. Allow to melt.
Step 5:
Add seasonings to cream mixture: steak seasoning, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, and italian seasoning, salt and pepper, add shredded cheese and let it melt. Pour in drained pasta, chicken and bacon.
Step 6:
Broil for 5 minutes. Enjoy!!
