1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
1 container Lemon Frosting
1 8oz package cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup melted butter
3 eggs (1 slightly beaten)
Preheat oven to 350 or 325 for a glass pan. Grease 9x13 pan (bottom only).
Combine cake mix, melted butter, and one slightly beaten egg. Mix with fork until moist. Pat mixture into lightly greased 9x13 pan.
Mix softened cream cheese and frosting together. Scoop out 1/2 cup of the frosting mix and set aside. Combine the rest of the mix with two eggs. Blend until fluffy (3-5 minutes). Pour and spread mix over cake in pan. Bake 30-40 minutes until edges are golden brown. Let cool!
Frost with extra 1/2 cup of frosting. Enjoy!
