Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip

About the Recipe

This is the BEST Super Bowl appetizer!!


1 Box (10oz) frozen chopped spinach

8 oz. sour cream

1 can artichoke hearts (14oz), drained

1 tub garlic and herb cheese spread (I use Alouette)

1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese (not in a green can)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)

6 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled


Step 1:

Preheat Oven to 400. Cook 6 slices of bacon. Defrost spinach and drain, squeezing out excess liquid with paper towels.

Step 2:

Put artichoke hearts into a food processor to make it about the same size as the chopped spinach.

Step 3:

Mix all other ingredients except for the bacon. Place in a lightly greased 8x8 dish. Bake for 15 minutes. While it is cooking, break bacon into pieces. Remove from oven, sprinkle bacon pieces on top. Bake for 5 more minutes. Serve with tortilla chips!
