  • 1 lb Mild Italian Sausage

  • 26 oz Pasta Sauce (your choice flavor, we like Tomato Basil)

  • 8 oz Tomato Sauce

  • 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

  • 8 oz Yolk Free Egg Noodles

  • 8 oz Fat Free Sour Cream

  • 8 oz Fat Free Cottage Cheese

  • 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese - shredded


Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Brown Italian Sausage and drain.

Step 2:

Add pasta sauce, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer 10-15 minutes

Step 3:

Cook noodles according to package and drain. Combine hot noodles with sour cream, cottage cheese and 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 4:

Layer ingredients by pouring half of the noodle mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. Top with half of the pasta sauce mixture. Add remaining noodle mixture and top with remaining pasta sauce. Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in preheated oven for 2 minutes or until cheese melts
